Kirby Bates Associates is an award winning recruiting firm that has specialized in finding and placing top level healthcare leaders for over 30 years. They commissioned a website redesign to modernize their exposure, improve its navigation, update their brand, generate leads, and more easily enable them to manage their applicants. One of the primary complaints about their old website was that there were two menus and navigating its content was confusing.
At the start, we updated their brand by adding in a bright lime trim color into their palette. The purpose of this was to have a non traditional healthcare color (purple and teal) as an eye-catching element that users would remember. Right after, we created a landing page experience that showcased a hero banner, a strong call-to-action targeted to healthcare clients, and showcased some of their best metrics as social proof that would resonate with healthcare organizations.
The domain originally was configured for two websites. One was to handle the marketing pages and the other was a completely different website running on different technology to handle the applicant data. Artifact handled the data migration from both, then then we unified the data and websites into a single experience. Administrators no longer needed to log into two separate websites to manage the content and applicants.
The old website also did not embed the applicant data inside of the email content, which required administrators to log in every time a user applied to a job posting. We setup an email notification system that captured the applicant data to improve their business process. We also implemented a case study download lead generator that captured contact information for interested clients.
